Q. Why am I having issues or problems with Films on Demand, O'Reilly Safari Learning Platform, Kanopy or Media Education Foundation (MEF) on my phone or tablet?

When accessing Films on Demand (FOD), O'Reilly Safari Learning Platform, or Media Education Foundation (MEF or formerly known as Kanopy) from your phone, it will ask you to download the app to your phone.

FOD or MEF:

• The FOD and MEF apps aren't set up to work with the proxy server.  
• You can access FOD or MEF on your phone or tablet, but need to use a browser so you go through the proxy server. 

O'Reilly Learning Platform (formerly Safari):

If you want to access O'Reilly on your phone or tablet, you will need to download the app.
